What Halo did
Connect the people, rules, and system.
Halo designed and built a fictional, browser-local demonstration with applicant, program coordinator, reviewer, director, and finance perspectives. The public site includes interactive workspaces and narrated, captioned walkthroughs assembled from captured demo states.
