Halo product / request-for-quote intake
Capture the request. Keep review in view.
Halo RFQ is a field-to-review product candidate that connects request capture, distributor context, private supporting files, and deliberate human review.
- Halo-built product
- Salesforce
- Controlled pilot candidate
From issue to action
Conceptual composition; not a client screenshot or actual record.
The operating problem
What made the work difficult?
Requests arriving through fragmented channels can lose context before anyone can review them. The intake path needs to preserve the request, source, supporting material, and next decision together.
Incomplete requests create follow-up work.
Files and distributor context can detach from the request.
A notification status is not proof that a message was delivered or acted on.
What Halo did
Connect the people, rules, and system.
Halo developed a Salesforce RFQ model and Quick RFQ intake path, plus a separate, publicly viewable synthetic demonstration of the capture-to-review handoff. The demo does not submit a live RFQ or sync a review queue to Salesforce.
- Define a structured request and distributor context.
- Keep supporting files private and associated with the work.
- Design bounded review and oversight without implying automatic quoting.
Supported outcome
Make the next step clearer.
A controlled product foundation and pilot path, not a generally available service or production customer deployment.
Start with the workflow
What work needs a clearer path?
Bring Halo the participants, friction, decisions, and desired outcome. We can help shape the process and the system together.
